Icings 
I use Swiss Meringue Buttercream to frost all of My decorated cakes. The Swiss Meringue Buttercream has a silky smooth texture and gives every cake a sharp clean look without using fondant.

SMBC can be flavored to reflect the flavors of your cake: Chocolate, Lemon, Raspberry, Mocha, Coffee, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, Oreo or caramel

Please keep in mind that if you want a colored icing, that vanilla is the only one I can use. Any other icing would take on the color of the flavoring added.
